Yes, deposits are refundable up to one week (seven days) prior to your event. In detail, deposits are 100% refundable within 48-hours of booking (if your event is more than a week out), and deposits are 50% refundable after the initial 48-hours (up to the week prior to your event).

Non-constricting clothing works best. Children should be able to comfortably move their arms and legs around, to safely climb/balance/etc. without restriction.

Yes, adults may enter the play area, but may not sit/play on the equipment. They should only be in there to supervise the little ones.

Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball, floor mat, gate, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.

We’re equipped to set up both indoors and outdoors—just not in rainy/damp weather, as the soft play modules may become slippery and unsafe.  For sun safety, we offer gazebos which block out 99% of UV rays from the sun.  For your required space, we can modify the layout and type(s) of soft play equipment just for you.
