What is soft play?

Soft play equipment is used to create a structured, stimulating, and safe play environment for children, typically from infancy through five years of age.  The active play provided by our soft play equipment will help your little ones gain confidence, fine tuned motor skills, physical literacy, and “desire to be physically active for life.”

What is MESH?

M-E-S-H are the first initials of our little family—Matteo (son), Eunice (mom), Samuel (son), and Henry (dad).  We just love how our initials and ideas MESHed together.

What are your operating/business hours?

Our operating hours are your operating hours, so we’re open when you are.  What we mean is, we’re parents and we’re uber flexible—if you have little ones in your life, you know exactly what we’re talking about.

Are you insured?

Absolutely.  We carry commercial general liability insurance, and possess the appropriate requirements for most public venues in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and neighboring cities.  Please reach out with any questions.

What ages are appropriate for your soft play equipment?

Cute crawlers up to tenacious toddlers (specifically five-year-olds) are the appropriate age group.  There are no age limits for our ball pools.

How often and with what do you clean your soft play equipment?

Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball, floor mat, gate, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.  We exclusively use CleanSmart.

Which areas/cities do you deliver to, and are there fees?

We happily service all of Orange County, Los Angeles County, as well as neighboring cities.  For all other states / countries, reach out so we may determine whether we can accommodate.  Please contact us for a delivery quote.

How do I choose the best/appropriate venue for your soft play equipment?

We’re equipped to set up both indoors and outdoors–just not in rainy/damp weather, as our soft play modules may become slippery and unsafe for children to utilize.  With sun safety in mind, we offer gazebos which block out 99% of UV rays from the sun.  For your required space, we can customize the layout and type(s) of equipment just for your needs and preferences.

What happens once I’ve submitted my reservation form?

Sit back and relax (basically).  We will email and/or call (if you chose to share your phone number with us) within 48-hours after receiving your submission to discuss further details, with the exception of weekends and holidays.  Of our many focuses, offering a smooth and simple process of booking your event with us is on our top-priority list.

What ages are appropriate for your soft play equipment?

Cute crawlers up to tenacious toddlers (specifically five-year-olds) are the appropriate and allowable age group.

What type of clothing/attire is most appropriate during use of your soft play equipment?

Non-constricting clothing works best.  Children should be able to comfortably move their arms and legs around, to safely climb/balance/etc. without restriction.  Socks are optional.

Are adults allowed to enter the soft play area?

Yes, adults may enter the play area, but may not sit/play on the equipment (excluding floor mats).  They should only be in there to support and supervise the little ones.

Do the children need to be supervised while using your soft play equipment?

Yes, each child absolutely needs to be monitored during use of our soft play equipment.  While our equipment is soft, safe, and sanitized, adults’ eyes should stay on the little ones, because utter safety (and engagement) are vital.

Do you offer supervision for the children?

We have our in-house attendant team, and we also partnered with Rest Assured to help provide adult supervision for your events. If you decide to work with them, please mention that we referred you for a special partner rate!

How do I book a reservation?

You’re welcome to call us, email us, message us via Facebook, submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page, or simply book online.

What happens once I’ve submitted my reservation form?

Sit back and relax (basically).  We will email and/or call (if you chose to share your phone number with us) after receiving your submission to discuss further details. Of our many focuses, offering a smooth and simple process of booking your event with us is on our top-priority list.

Do you require a deposit when booking an event?

Yes, deposits are 50% of the package you decide to book, and due within 72-hours of submitting your reservation.

Are deposits refundable?

Yes, deposits are refundable up to one week (seven days) prior to your event.  In detail, deposits are 100% refundable within 48-hours of booking (if your event is more than a week out), and deposits are 50% refundable after the initial 48-hours (up to the week prior to your event) of booking.

What happens if there’s inclement weather on the day of our event?

We have a “Rainy Day Policy.”  In the event that you’ve booked for an outdoor occasion and it rains on your special day, but your space does not allow for the soft play equipment to be set up indoors, we will happily offer you a full refund (deposit included).

Do you assemble and break down the soft play equipment for us? (How much time does it take?)

Yes, we offer white glove assembly and breakdown of our soft play equipment for you on the day of your event.  Depending on the size of your layout, it will take anywhere between 30-minutes to 2-hours for setup and breakdown (separately).  Will happily work with you to coordinate both our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover), Venmo, PayPal, personal/cashier checks, and cash payments.

When is the final balance for my event due?

Generally, final balance is due 24-hours prior to your event date.

Do you offer supervision for the children?

We have our in-house attendant team, and we also partner with Rest Assured to help provide adult supervision for your events. If you decide to work with them, please mention that we referred you for a partner rate!
